Well the deposit for our reception venue has been recieved by the Barn and we're just waiting on the reciept which seems to be almost impossible for them to send to us! i'm so excited and i want to book all the other things for the day like cars and photographers etc but you can't do that unless you have a ceremony time and thats one piece of the puzzle we don't have. Argh! But still i have plans and the numbers of car companies that i will contact as soon as we get our time :D
Although i really don't want this blog to be about me moaning about things but so far the companies i have called or e-mailed to get quotes or more info from i'd say only a third actually reply! How do these people keep their business going with such bad customer service?
It's a little disheartening when you get excited at a service you see on a website to then be ignored by the company due to very poor customer care. I've decided every company only gets one e-mail. I don't have forever to chase companies who will be costing the earth anyway, so i'll vote with my feet. Are you ready boots?
